FAMILY FOUNDATIONS-PHILIPPINES
Revised: April 2005

Family Foundations International-Philippines (FFI-PHILS) was established in September 2001 after a year of ministry training under the supervision of Marsha Brozovich together with a volunteer international team from Family Foundations International. We are committed to conducting the various FFI seminars nation-wide based on Biblical principles in the areas of family relationships, stewardship of finances, intercession, and deep-level healing of emotional woundedness arising from shame, anger, and generational sins.

The Philippines is an archipelago of 7,100 islands named after King Philip II of Spain, for it was his country that "discovered" these islands in 1521.

Today there are many genuine Christians in this predominantly Catholic nation. Part of the vision of FFI-Philippines is to reclaim this nation for Christ, to help the Filipino people rise up in their true destiny, identity, and calling. We are committed to spreading the gospel of the kingdom of Jesus Christ, and ministering emotional healing to our fellow countrymen in all 7,100 islands.

Although rich in natural resources, the Philippines at present is a nation shackled and chained by poverty and corruption. There is indeed much kingdom work to do.

Our national ministry team consists of professionals who have volunteered to do this great work. Over the past two years, we have traveled to several islands to conduct the teaching and ministry sessions. Our desire is to build and establish ministry teams in strategic islands so the work can go on and the workers can multiply.

The teaching done by Craig Hill is anointed and powerful, but it is in English and therefore can only reach the English speaking persons of our country. Our desire is to have the teaching translated into different dialects spoken in the different islands-to enable us to reach as many of our countrymen as possible. Our ministry also used to sell books and tapes, but only a few can afford them because they are produced in the United States. At this point, we are working out a more affordable way of reproducing the books in our country.

In 2001, this ministry began with the small amount of 5,000 pesos (or $100) seed fund given to us by FFI-USA. The ministry continues to be funded through the minimal seminar fees that we charge, as well as voluntary donations given by seminar participants, many of whom are recipients of life-changing ministry. Over and over again, we have seen miraculous physical and emotional healings take place.

The founding directors of this ministry are the seven coordinators originally trained by the international team. They are Joe and Marilou Ascalon, William and Ruby Su, Harald and Regina Rauch, and Lidia Arbolario.

William and Ruby Su are the national coordinators. All of us are volunteers and are operating in this ministry because of a God-given vision that we are to minister to our fellow Filipinos and to reclaim our nation back from the clutches and lies of the kingdom of darkness.

The scope of our ministry is therefore nationwide. And if one thinks in terms of 7,100 islands, the work can be astounding. To travel to each island we go either by plane or by ferry. There are not too many bridges since the islands are far from each other. We have begun to train teams already in three areas, namely the islands of Cebu and Iloilo, and in Manila.

A prophecy has been given to our nation that we are to reach the rest of Asia and the 10-40 window which is predominantly the Muslim nations, and we believe it will happen when there is a release of kingdom funds into this ministry. Our southern islands group -- called Mindanao, is where the Filipino Muslims live. In October of 2003, Craig Hill received an invitation to do a seminar in Davao City, one of the big cities in Mindanao.

And finally, in 2005 FFI-Philippines reached Mindanao, an answer to much prayer. In January and in April 2005, we went to Butuan City to do a series of seminars upon the invitation of Living Springs International.

Our country has the anointing to spearhead the revival of the whole of Asia and the 10-40 window in these last days. The southern islands of Muslim Mindanao continue to be the focus of our intercession. This region has also been identified as the breeding ground of international terrorists.

We believe that once the stronghold that grips this nation in darkness is broken, there will be a mighty moving of His spirit, that will implode our islands and people and the LIGHT OF CHRIST'S GLORY WILL EXPLODE into the whole of ASIA and the MIDDLE EAST!

We believe that we are on assignment to move forward into the kingdom of darkness and claim back territories held captive by the enemy for these rightfully belong to Jesus Christ. We call forth the original giftings of our islands to be activated. We believe that we will see generations of ASIANS released into their true destiny. This is our vision and hope for Family Foundations International-Philippines.
