Lynne Baumgardner began working for Family Foundations International in January 2000.  She was acquainted with Joe & Arabelle Hinchliff through the church worship team.  After asking Arabelle to help her pray about a new job, the Lord made the position of Receptionist available at FFI. Lynne applied and accepted the job.

In the years that followed, Lynne has been involved in many aspects of the ministry.  Her greatest privilege has been working with the partners and praying for individuals.  This is her passion. 

Lynne has been married to Mike Baumgardner since 1975. They have two adult children, Brian and Michele. They also have two wonderful granddaughters, Maddison and Marissa.

Mike and his business partner have been invaluable in designing and installing many of the information technology assets of FFI, inlcuding the internal database for the U.S. office and many other countries. The Baumgardners are happy to help in any way that they are able.
