Joe & Arabelle Hinchliff
Operations Managers and National Coordinators for the USA
Joe & Arabelle Hinchliff were married in 1970. They met as high-school sweethearts in Washington State where they lived until moving to Colorado to work with FFI in 1998. They have a daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren. Joe has been a youth pastor and worked for churches and ministries over the years following his attendance at a Bible College in Edmonds, Washington. Joe & Arabelle also both have business and technical experience in the corporate world.
The Hinchliffs attended their first FFI seminar in Lynnwood, Washington, in July 1997. Their pastors (Byron & Linda Newby) encouraged them to come and evaluate the seminar. Joe & Arabelle, along with the Newbys and other church leaders were caught up in a wonderful barrage of seminars, trainings, process groups (watching God change life after life through FFI tools) and one year later, they found themselves in Denver at Coordinator Training and accepting offers to join the FFI staff as Office Managers, serving in that role for 3 years.
In April 2001, the FFI Board of Directors recommended to Craig & Jan that Hinchliffs be promoted to the position of USA National Coordinators, in an effort to grow the ministry in the United States. Later that year, Joe & Arabelle struck out to personally visit as many US Coordinators as they could in their first year. They find great joy in their relationships with those who are serving FFI in the USA and in countries around the world.
